CellSearch^® CXC Kit

The CellSearch^® CXC Kit enables the immunomagnetic selection of rare circulating epithelial cells from whole blood and the characterization of user-defined markers with low antigen density (~50,000 molecules/cell). The CellSearch^® CXC Kit reagents include a cytokeratin-fluorescein/CD45-allophycocyanin (APC), leaving the phycoerythrin (PE) channel of the CellTracks Analyzer II^® open to incorporate a user-defined PE-conjugate to further characterize the circulating epithelial cells. This kit configuration allows the user the flexibility to study low-density markers of interest on circulating epithelial cells.
