CellTracks^® Circulating Melanoma Cell Kit

The CellTracks^® Circulating Melanoma Cell Kit is designed to aid with research of circulating melanoma cells (CMSs) by immunomagnetically capturing CD146-positive cells from whole blood. These CMCs may be useful in helping scientists elucidate the biological mechanisms of certain cancers.

The CellTracks^® Circulating Melanoma Cell Kit sample preparation protocol can be standardized and optimized using the CellTracks^® AutoPrep^® System. Analysis and enumeration of CMCs are performed using the CellTracks^® Analyzer II^®. Candidate fluorescent images of CMCs are presented in gallery format for final classification of CMCs by the user.
